I keep current of all transactions in these areas, and I'm also very knowledgeable with the local schools.

Personal
A native of Kaua'i, Gigi moved to the Bay area of Northern California for several years, where she was able to gain her knowledge and background in Mortgage Lending. It was through this experience that she decided to venture into real estate. She is an entrepreneur in heart and would love to help others of like mind to become homeowners and or investors. It is through her myriad combination of very diverse professions in the past that she mainly attributes to her success in dealing with customers leading up to potential clients.

Gigi resides in Lawai with her husband Charles who is a licensed General Contractor and son, Chase. Her most valuable assets are her life-long knowledge of the island and her true Aloha Spirit. Her goal is to help others in locating and purchasing property in one of the most desirable places on earth. She takes her time in matching and locating the perfect property for each individual buyer. She serves as Vice-President of Southpaw Builders, Inc., a member of the Board of the West Kauai Business and Professional Association and a member of Prestige Who's Who. She is also, licensed in massage therapy and comes from a family of therapists. She is an avid fan of her son who played Inline Hockey for the famous Bullfrogs team of Kaua'i, and participates in mountain bike races on the West Coast.
